Description

Today's world is noisy and fast. Our students are living, breathing examples of the result of this noisy brain. This workshop will provide a basic understanding of how the brain processes information and how to remap the brain to ready students for learning that sticks. Attendees will also be given hands-on materials to begin using immediately and tools that are low-or-no cost.

Do your students struggle with one or more of the following:

  • Reading and writing independently at grade level?
Beginning, continuing and completing tasks with quality product?
    Disrespecting others, property, and/or themselves?

And, in terms of your teaching day:

  • Do you feel like a student has the ability but does not do the work?
Do you feel like you are constantly putting out social fires (drama, drama, drama)?
Do you struggle to instruct through the everyday student interruptions (out of seat, talking through instructions, too much time in the hall)?

If you answer YES to any of these, then this workshop is for you.

Meemic Foundation Club members can attend this workshop for free. Non-members must pay a $100 fee.
